- One factor that support to success of program is the role of management health centers UKGS. At the Colomadu I health center data collection still use manual, that is repeating recapitulation of UKGS data, then for the data processing is computerized yet, so that the resulting reports are presented in a very simple form reports the amount of care without being given information. this contributes to determination of maintenance policies and decisions on program UKGS. The purpose of this study was to gather information about system management information at the oral health program UKGS. This research is qualitative with population data objects UKGS period in 2012 and the entire subject population UKGS program managers and school teachers, validity of the test is to be done by triangulation of data sources, dentists and dental nurses. The results showed that the constraints experienced by most because of human resources and inadequate facilities and also responses from teachers who have not been fully participate in running the program UKGS.
