- Abstract The problem taken in this research is how to influence the implementation of academic supervision Headmaster economics teacher pedagogical competence and professional competence economics teacher on student achievement, with the aim to determine the effect between the variables studied. The method used was a survey, the data obtained through the questionnaire with five alternative answers and the average value of daily tests of students, 30 teachers were taken economic subjects SMA Negeri in kota Cirebon as the study sample. Data quality test validity and test releabilitas whereas analysis techniques in this study using path analysis. These results indicate that (1) Effect of the implementation of the Headmaster academic supervision of the pedagogical competence of teachers are directly affected by 61% this suggests the Headmaster academic supervision has a positive and significant effect on teachers' pedagogical competence. (2) Implementation of the Headmaster academic supervision and a significant positive effect on teachers' professional competence by 0,665 or by 41%. (3) teacher pedagogical competencies and significant positive effect on student achievement by 0,459 or by 21% (4) teacher's professional competence and a significant positive effect on student achievement by 0,675 or by 45,5%.
