- As an organization, the school has functioning element and interconnected to achieve school goals. The component consist of headmaster, vice principal, teacher, employess, supervisor and students. This research aims to knowing influence the level of managerial ability of the principal, work climate and work motivation on PAI teacher performance. Type of research used is quantitative research using simple linear regression formula and multiple linear regression. Population research is 265 students at SMP Bahauddin Ngelom Sepanjang Sidoarjo year 2017-2018. In this case the researchers took samples 15% (40 students) and 7 PAI teachers. The main instrument in this research is questionnaire, while supporting instrument is observation and interview. The results showed (1) There is a significant influence variable managerial skill to Pai teacher performance at SMP Bahauddin Ngelom Sidoarjo with magnitude 0,733 (2) There is a significant influence variable work climate to Pai teacher performance at SMP Bahauddin Ngelom Sidoarjo with magnitude 0,520 (3) There is a significant influence variable work motivation to Pai teacher performance at SMP Bahauddin Ngelom Sidoarjo with magnitude 0,917 (4) There is a significant influence variable managerial skill and work motivation to Pai teacher performance at SMP Bahauddin Ngelom Sidoarjo. However, nothing significant influence variable work climate to Pai teacher performance at SMP Bahauddin Ngelom Sidoarjo with magnitude 0,958. The result obtained showing there is strong correlation between managerial skill, work climate and work motivation with teacher performance.
