- The teacher always does some strategies to deal with students disruptive behavior but not all strategies were effective because they have a different atmosphere in the class every day. In the teaching and learning process at the eleventh grade in SMKN 11 Surabaya especially in Wood Craft A Class based on the researcher interview of the English teacher and did the observation. That was founding that in that class is the most crowded than the others. To investigate the sufficient knowledge the researcher investigates about the teachers strategies in dealing with students disruptive behavior and the difficulties faced by the teacher in implementing the certain strategies in dealing with students disruptive behavior. The present of the study was a descriptive. The collected data were conducting by using observation, interview and questionnaire. The result of the observation checklist showed about kinds of students disruptive behavior and teachers strategies in dealing with students disruptive behavior. Those are completed by the teachers answer through interview about the difficulties of the teacher in implementing the certain strategies in dealing with students disruptive behavior and the students answer through interview about causes of the students who make some disruptive behaviors.
