  • Organizational commitment and leadership have a correlation which may result in work satisfaction and work performance. This Research is done at PD.Wonoagung Sejahtera, a woodworking company which is located at Gresik. The aim of this research is to find the relationship between organizational commitment and leadership towards work satisfaction and work performance. This research applying proportional random sampling and the sample are 150 workers at PD. Wonoagung Sejahtera. The data were analyzed by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The result of this research shows that organization commitment is significantly affects work performance, while leadership also affects significantly towards work satisfaction. While work satisfaction does not significantly affect work performance.
