  • Homeschooling is an alternative education beside of formal education, because they can learn everything within parent supervision. Family must have commitment to maintain their homeschooling processes. This research is a phenomenological approach focused on discussing the phenomenon of homeschooling. The purpose of this study was to find out the learning methods used in the learning process and the results obtained from the learning process through homeschooling. Data collection uses the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative method and data validity was done by triangulation. The results are divided into behavioristic and cognitive approaches. The result of behavioristic approach show that children to love learning process because it is considered as fun learning method and cognitive approach’s approach shows that children are able to optimize their ability.
