  • Servant Leadership is a practical philosophy which supports people who choose to serve first. Servant leadership encourages collaboration, trust, foresight, listening, and an ethical use of power and empowerment, meanwhile the harmonized leadership in organization describes cultures in its organization. The purposes of this research to investigate the influence of Servant Leadership and Organization Culture on Organization Performance through Job Satisfaction at Employees‟ Cooperatives in Surabaya. Based on 135 determined population areas of Employees‟ Cooperatives, samples were collected amount 396 employees as unit sample, they assessed Servant Leadership, Organization Culture and Job Satisfaction, while Organization Performance has been assessed by 132 Leaders. Employees‟ Cooperatives as unit analysis. Structural Equal Modeling (SEM) is used as a technique of analysis in this research. The research showed the following findings: Servant Leadership and Organization Culture influenced on Job Satisfaction significantly, but Servant Leadership influenced on Organization Performance un-significantly, meanwhile through Job Satisfaction there were influence of Servant Leadership on Organization Culture and influence of Organization Culture on Organization Performance, both were significance. The dominant indicators contributed to variables of this study as follow: character orientation to Servant Leadership, masculin and feminine to Organization Culture, salary to Job Satisfaction, service for society to Organization Performance. Servant Leadership were perceived employees such: open mind, caring and simple. The employees‟ understanding of organization value affected to organization improvement if the employees got their satisfaction. He leaders should be more empower themselves to help fellow workers carry out their tasks and do favors for others voluntarily, and implementing the real positive attitude.
