  • One of the factors that contribute to the successful implementation on learning process is a permanent lecturer, being in his duties of lecturers can be influenced by various factors. Therefore, the program for the recruitment and selection of permanent lecture candidates need to be designed well in order to get a lecturer candidates according to the organization needs . The creation of the correspondence between the objectives and meet the needs of teachers, lecturers personality (person organization fit) with the culture and values of the organization, is one of the factors that influence both the satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) STIKES permanen lecturer in Surabaya. Likewise, leadership support is a driving factor for lecturers STIKES to help each other work between lecturers in case of problems at work due to the creation of permanent lecturers OCB in accordance with the guidance of the leadership. Other factors that influence on job satisfaction and OCB of permanent lecturers, is the willingness of STIKES Surabaya in reward fairly (fairness in reward allocation) for permanent lecturers in accordance to their responsibility, and a willingness to perform OCB of each permanent lecturers. This dissertation study was conducted on a permanent lecturer STIKES in Surabaya. The research variables on this study consisting of: exogenous variables are; Person Organizational Fit, Leadership Support, Fairnes In Reward Allocation. Intervening variable is Job Satisfaction; and Endogenous variebel is Organizational Citizenship Bahavior. To test those sevent hypothesis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that; 1) Person Organizational Fit influences on Job Satisfaction. 2) Leadership Support nfluence on Job Satisfaction.. 3) Fairnes In Reward Allocation influences on Job Satisfaction. 4) Job Satisfaction influences on Organizational Citizenship Bahavior. 5) Person Organization Fit not influences on OCB. 6). Leadership support not influences on OCB. 7) Fairnes in Reward Allocation influences on OCB.
