  • Human resources play a dominant role in business activity. Organization goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently if employees are able to work better and faster. The existence of human resources division (HRD) at PT. BPR JATIM aims to change their behavior to be able to do activities in all sectors. The goals of this research are to analyze and prove: The influence of work motivation to compensation at PT. BPR JATIM, The influence of work motivation to employee performance at PT. This research used quantitative technical. The population of the research is the employees of PT. BPR JATIM amounted to 139 employees. The technical of taking the sample is the technical of non probability sampling which is saturated sampling known as census method. Data were collected by using questionnaire. Model used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling - SEM by using AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) program. Based on the analysis, it can be conclude that: Work motivation has significant impact to compensation of employee at PT. BPR JATIM, Work discipline has significant impact to compensation of employee at PT. BPR JATIM, Work motivation has significant impact to employee performance at PT.
