- The Directorate General of Customs and Excise has conducted reforms as one of the implementation of customs reform of the bureaucracy in the Ministry of Finance that is thorough and comprehensive in all areas. One is through the establishment of a modern office with the support of the latest information technology. Organizational change is expected to improve the performance of employees and increase the professionalism and integrity of the employees to be able to provide excellent service oriented smooth flow of imports and exports at the port activity and suppress smuggling to a minimum. This study focused on examining the influence of organizational change, organizational culture on organizational commitment and its impact on employee performance improvement Main Office of Customs and Excise Tanjung Priok. Respondents in this study were employees of the Main Office of Customs and Excise Tanjung Priok totaling 137 people. The results of the analysis of the data showed that all the hypotheses proposed in this study can be accepted This means that there is a positive and significant effect of the variable of organizational change, organizational culture on organizational commitment and employee performance Main Office of Customs and Excise Tanjung Priok. Thus, through the efforts of organizational change, organizational culture conducive and organizational commitment in accordance with the changes being made, it is expected the Main Office of Customs and Excise Tanjung Priok can improve the performance of employees so as to enhance its services to the users community customs.
