Data used in this research primary data obtained propagated questioner to all employees in Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Pendapatan Propinsi Jawa Timur Surabaya I with election sample technique use Simple Random Sampling, that is random sample election modestly that is give same opportunity having the character of unlimited in each population element to be selected as sample. Technique of Analysis used Analysis Path, with the research result Variable of Leadership of Transformational have an effect on direct to variable OCB. Variable of Leadership of Transformational have an effect on direct to variable Commitment. Variable of Leadership of Transformational have an effect on direct to variable of Job Satisfaction. Variable of Leadership of Transformational do not have an effect on indirectly to variable of OCB through belief variable. Variable of Leadership of Transformational do not have an effect on indirectly to variable of Commitment through belief variable. Variable of Leadership of Transformational do not have an effect on indirectly to variable of Job Satisfaction through belief variable.
