- Future belongs to the children. Their youthness render themselves vulnerable and requiring support from their parents or guardian. They need physical and psychical fulfillment to grow intelligently proper. However, things are not always going the way we intended to be. They, who are weaker physically, oftentimes suffering from disease and sickness so they are in need of medical support or even staying in the hospital. The main problem is how to guarantee human rights fulfillment in a form of informed consent when medication is needed. The method used in this article is juridical normative, referring to constitution and relevant regulations. According to the research, the human rights within informed consent are fulfilled. Children who are under-aged and handicap will be represented by parents or guardian while receiving medical information and proceeding agreement.
