- Rural areas generally offer a natural atmosphere with ambience aspect of social, settlement, economic , cultural , religious , traditions and also simple architecture of the building. The existence of a religious pilgrimage site based in the village of Gunung Pring Muntilan , Central Java raises the potential for pilgrimage tourism. Using descriptive - analytic method , the outcomes of this paper attempts to identify and describe the design needs of wayfinding information such as driving directions to solve circulation problems. The research findings reveal the need for developing wayfinding system ons so that the circulation path to be smooth .
