This study used a qualitative descriptive method with research subjects including five students who were victims of bullying, close friends of students who were victims of bullying, and three teachers of SMA Sedes Sapientiae Semarang. The data techniques used in this study were observation and in-depth interviews. The analysis used in this study was the Communication Privacy Management theory developed by Sandra Petronio. The results showed that of the five students who were victims of bullying, there were three students who had close friends and two students who did not have close friends. In their interpersonal communication process, they prefer to disclose private information to peers who have known them for a long time. Private information that disclosed by the student victims of bullying to friends, were informations about hobbies, school, and friendships. On the other hand, they had anxious feelings towards peers who are not known to be close because of the trauma of the debilitating behavior. From the results of the study, the conclusion is that interpersonal communication of bullying victim students and their peers can run when there is a close relationship and self-confidence. In disclosing their private information, students who are victims of bullying only mention light information and do not share private information about their personalities, which is the reason of the bullying occured.
