The study was conducted in 2015 in ten schools in Semarang city. Data were undertaken from 65 students and 5 teachers of each school as paricipants. The study has demonstrated that bullying was committed by teachers to students and inter-students. Teachers have had name calling to students and physical violence; meanwhile, students bullied other students verbally, physically, and socially. Most of the school rules have regulated violence but they do not mention about bullying.
