PERSEPSI KARYAWAN PT. MARIMAS PUTERA KENCANA SEMARANG MENGENAI SERTIFIKASI KOMPETENSI

- Every company has employees who have competencies namely ability, knowledge or insight, and attitudes that are used as guidelines in carrying out responsibility for the work done by employees. The success obtained by employees is the result of an increase in competence by employees as long as employees work in the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the perceptions of employees of PT. Marimas Putera Kencana Semarang regarding competency certification and GNIK (Competent Indonesian National Movement). The population in this research is employees who are the staff of PT. Marimas Putera Kencana Semarang with a staff of 71 employees. The method of determining the sample using the purposive sampling method, with several predetermined criteria, the number of samples is 30 respondents. The results of this study indicate that employees of PT. Marimas Putera Kencana knows a lot about competency certification and GNIK (Competent Indonesian National Movement). Besides, employees of PT. Marimas Putera Kencana also does not know about the LSP (Competency Certification Agency) and also TUK (Competency Test Place) in Semarang because employees lack the information related to LSP and TUK is both from Companies or outside companies.
