  • In accordance to the title stated, "Perception of Bank Artha Graha Semarang Employees on Competency Certification" the researcher wanted to know how the employees of Bank Artha Graha Semarang perceived competency certification and also to understand the perceptions of Bank Artha Graha Semarang employees towards the Competent Indonesian National Movement (GNIK) . The research method used was purposive sampling, namely by criteria of employees who worked more than one year and the profession needed for competency certification. The results obtained are employees of Bank Artha Graha Semarang still do not know the competency certification, but employees are interested in taking competency certification and knowing if important competency certification is owned by employees. In addition, employees also still do not know the Professional Certification Institution (LSP) and Competency Test Place (TUK). Not only LSP and TUK, but employees also do not know the Competent Indonesian National Movement (GNIK).
