- Blood disease is a condition in which one or several parts of the blood can’t function normally. Blood disease itself is classified as quite mild but also some are classified as serious diseases and are usually genetic. Sometimes people underestimate the symptoms of mild illnes and lazy to see a doctor or laboratory because they think it troublesome and need to spend money. Therefore an early diagnosis of symptoms that may be related to blood disease is needed, so people can be alert and also prevent severe blood diseases. For this reason, an expert system application for diagnosing blood diseases is made that can help people to diagnose and be aware of diseases related to blood. Data collection methods used in making this application by observing the existing expert system and also interviewing doctors for data on diseases and symptoms. For expert system methods to be used in making this application are the forward chaining method and the hill climbing method. Through this application, the public can get information about blood diseases and possible predictions of the blood disease suffered.
