  • This study aims to identify condition of job satisfaction, job performance, supervising, work relations, and compensation at CV. Aliansyah; to explain the influence of supervising, work relations, and compensation on job satisfaction; the influence of supervising, work relations, and compensation on job performance; the influence of job satisfaction on job performance. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The variables in this research are supervising, work relations, compensation as independent variables, job satisfaction as mediator variable, and job performance as dependent variable. Number of samples taken in this research was 78 employees who work at CV. Aliansyah. Data source of data is primary and secondary. Primary data used in this research obtained from questionnaires by respondents. Secondary data obtained from company data, journals, and previously research. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, regression, and path analysis. The results of path analysis showed that: supervising, work relations, compensation influence no significant effect on job satisfaction; supervising, work relations, compensation influence significant on job performance; job satisfaction influence no significant on job performance. Job satisfaction is not served as mediator variable because the direct effect of independent variables ( supervising, work relations, compensation ) on dependent variable ( job performance) is bigger than the indirect effect trough job satisfaction.
