  • This research was motivated by the increasingly tight competition between the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) industries, and one of the MSMEs that faced competition, namely the Mekarsari Kandri MSMEs in Semarang. Not only as MSMEs but also besides being but also as a Tourism Village. Because other tourist villages have started to emerge in Semarang, Kandri needs to improve its competitive advantage with other tourist villages, one of which is by improving the competitiveness of the Mekarsari Kandri MSMEs through better implementation of entrepreneurial orientation and maximizing the potential of internal resources. The sample used in this study were all Mekarsari Kandri MSMEs who numbered 44 respondents and the sampling technique used was the census method, in which all samples were 44 people. The analysis technique used is quantitative analysis with SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science). The results of the study show that there are positive and significant effects both partially and simultaneously between entrepreneurial orientation and company resources on competitive advantage.
