- This study aims to determine the relationship between school climate and job satisfaction of Vocational High School teachers at Karangpanas IPT Semarang. the number of subjects in the study were 50 teachers who were permanent teachers at SMK IPT Karangpanas Semarang. Data collection methods used are scale with favorable items. The research data were analyzed by product moment correlation analysis techniques and obtained r = 0.823 with a significance of 0.000 (p <0.01) which means the hypothesis was accepted. The effective contribution of the school climate to teacher job satisfaction is 67.73%. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between school climate and teacher job satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between the school climate and teacher job satisfaction at the Karangpanas IPT Vocational School Semarang.
