- This study discused how the crisis communication management of Bumiputera 1912 Joint Life Insurance Semarang Office of Administrative Services managed the crisis related to restructured as a form of Image Recovery and explained how and what efforted should be done. In addition, it also explained how the management of crisis communication occurs internally and externally. The implementation of crisis communication management in AJB Bumiputera 1912 KLA Semarang was share responsibility to improve the company's image. This means that every plan had a big role for Image Recovery, especially through crisis communication management. This study used qualitative methods of descriptive type, technique of collecting data with interviews and also through documents. Based on the analysis supported by various literature and obtained the results of research that include a number of steps in crisis communication management as a form of Image Recovery. Some steps taken by Semarang Office of Administrative Services Joint Insurance Insurance as an effort to improved the image is provided information through the news and were personally informed of the real condition of KLA Semarang AJB Bumiputera, rebuilt customers' trust by invited cooperation with institutions, determine the strategy for the next step.
