The purpose of this study was to determine accountability for Nursing Error in Hospital, internal legal settlement on Nursing Error which is the responsibility of nurses, and responsibility for the occurrence of Nursing Hospital Error. The method used in this study descriptive analysis with normative juridical approach, because this research priority review in terms of specific legislation. The responsibility for the Nursing Error in hospital, is not entirely the responsibility of the nurse, but there is a responsibility of the doctor, and the hospital itself.
