Youtube is one of the media or video information, which was popular among the community to meet the needs of users to search for information. But, Youtube still have many lack that have not been able to meet the needs of users. For example the videos in search still include all categories and videos with the age category 18+ are still included in the search results. Based on a lack of Youtube above, an android application developed using Youtube Data API can be a solution. Youtube Data API is one of the facilities for developers to improve the features of Youtube. This project tries to solve the above problem by creating android application that implement Youtube Data API using Andorid Studio application. The result of the project is user can be search video and manage video based on selected category, publish year, and video search can be sorted through viewers most. Users can also enable Safe Search feature to be safe for children users and the user can see the history of the video that has been watched before.
