- Legal research titled Law on Witness Protection Rapporteur on Judicial Corruption. Problem Formulation legal writing this is how the process of legal protection against reporting witness in judicial corruption and whether any obstacles in the implementation of witness protection to the complainant within judicial corruption. Type of research is a kind of normative legal research by conducting research using library study which is a secondary data legal materials either specific or general. The research method used is a normative law research with mengakaji norms of positive law in the form of legislation relating to the legal protection of the reporting witness in criminal justice. Data analysis method used is the qualitative way. From the results of legal writing process can be concluded that the implementation of witness protection to the complainant in the criminal justice process is not yet regulated corruption mechanisms in detail and complete in practice can not be done optimally. As well as the constraints of the implementation of the legal protection of the reporting witness in judicial corruption is the lack of adequate infrastructure, weak provisions of the Act the Agency, the lack of socialization to the general public regarding the guarantee of the legal protection of witnesses and victims.
