- The this legal writing title is IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LAND OWNERSHIP TRANSFER (SELL-BUY) AND ITS REGISTRATION AT NORTHERN TORAJA REGENCY. The problem is how the implementation of the transfer and how transfer is registered in northern Toraja Regency and whether it has been fulfilling the Land Administration order in northern Toraja Regency. There are 14 respondens in this research. The data primary and secondary data are analised using qualitative method. The Implementation of the transfer shows that there are appropriate and not appropriate with the Article 3 point c of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 on The Land Registration because nine respondents have already received their certificates on their names and five respondens have not received the certificates. The registration land ownership transfer in the northern Toraja Regency has fufilled the target of Toraja Land Office.
