- This research was conducted to answer the problem, what are judge’s consderation in sentencing life imprisonment to the accused who commited murder a fore thought, this research used the normative method, this research result showed that the judge considered some criminal acts were commiting sexual intercourse with a powerless woman continously, proposing to commit murder afare thought continously, and proposing to lost some one’s death continously, the judge also considered things which aggravated and alleviated the accused.
