- Children are a man or a woman who has not grown or have not hit puberty. investigators are police officers or officials of the Republic Indonesia of certain civil servants who are authorized by law to conduct an investigation. Juvenile justice system is the overall process of resolving cases of children in conflict with the law, from the inquiry stage to the stage of supervision after serving a criminal. In the juvenile justice system, diversion investigators are required to implement the settlement of criminal offenses committed by children. Diversion is the transfer of a child settlement of the criminal justice process to the outside of the criminal justice process. investigator's role in the diversion process is as mediator. After the investigator issued a determination letter termination investigation. Criminal acts of children continued to judicial proceedings, if the deal fails diversion. Constraints faced is the difficulty investigators will determine the status of the criminal case because the child determination letter termination of the investigation has been issued but the process is still running.
