- One part of the transportation system is a public utility / infrastructure is the way , the public has the right to pass through without the need for special permission . Handling the way aims to maintain the physical condition and operation of the road network in order to remain in good condition so that it can be operated or provide services as appropriate . Good condition of the road infrastructure is needed to support the advancement of economic development in the city of Pontianak , so expect road infrastructure management activities carried out appropriately . The decision involving the City Government , Public Works and Regional Planning and Development Agency . The method used in this study is a combination of methods tecnique For Order Preference by similiarity to ideal solution ( TOPSIS ) and Borda . The results of this study indicate that the system has the ability to assist decision makers in evaluating the existing road in the city of Pontianak and decide which alternative solutions can be taken in determining the handling activities related to road infrastructure activities.
