- A thesis of the application of PRONA (Land Rights Reserved) to actualize Agrarian Administrative Order in Kabupaten Gunung Kidul. The purpose of this research is to know the application of PRONA and it’s actualization of Agrarian Administrative Order. Based on the research result, known that in 2013, PRONA is well applicated, it’s proven from 20% of the respondents that register their Land Rights Reserved with PRONA in Desa Girisuko, got their certificate in March 5th 2014 without any claim from third party. While 20% respondents in Desa Giripurwo didn’t get their certificate until the end of this research. This happened because many applicant diverting their land rights, the location of the land is far from the PRONA area and the land is skew. From this two places, researcher conclude that Desa Girisuko applicating the Agrarian Administrative Order while Desa Giripurwo hadn’t. Showed by the citizen that didn’t live in PRONA area could register their land with PRONA, while in the application, PRONA only available for the citizen that live in PRONA area.
