  • THE ENFORCEMENT OF PROPIETARY TRANSFER ON LAND (SELL BUY TRANSACTION) IN MATERIALIZING LAND ADMINISTRATION GOVERNANCE IN TULANG BAWANG REGENCY, LAMPUNG PROVINCE, with problem formulation how proprietary enforcement on land due to sell-buy transaction in Tulang Bawang Regency and whether proprietary transfer enforcement on land due to sell-buy transaction has materialized land administration governance in Tulang Bawang Regency, Lampung Province. This research was aimed to know the enforcement of proprietary transfer on land due to sell-buy transaction in Tulang Bawang Regency has materialized lands administration governance. This was an empirical legal research i.e. a research conducted directly to respondents and sources as main data based on facts in the research location. Based on research result conducted by the writer so that it could be concluded that: 1.The enforcement of proprietary transfer on land due to sell-buy transaction in Tulang Bawang Regency has been suitable with Article 37 of governmental Regulation Number 24 of 1887 in land application i.e. most respondents transferred proprietary on land due to sell-buy transaction in Land Act Administrator Officer (PPAT) of five respondents, temporary PPAT of 22 respondents because of the following reasons: a. to guarantee legal certainty; b. to be able to register to Land Office; c. to be secured. 2.The enforcement of proprietary transfer on land due to sellbuy transaction in Tulang Bawang, Lampung Province has materialized lands administration governance due to most respondents (55.5%) registered proprietary transfer on land in Land Office.
