- Often we do not realize that the man has a precious treasure that is there is an absolute right that since we was born. The absolute right of the owner of rights shall be maintained wherever either outside or inside prison. In the prison of human rights are rarely seen as absolute rights. this becomes interesting for the authors to pick it up in legal writing thesis. prisoners' rights set out in the legislation are part of human rights. inmates are people who get lost. therefore expected to remain law enforcement to protect what is rightfully convict even if they have committed a crime. Every day in the media we often hear so many violations committed officers to inmates inside the prison warden.. This is precisely what is supposed to be proportional to the aspired state that upholds human rights.. unscrupulous wardens are supposed to provide guidance to the inmates that later stages after returning to human society can be equipped to make a living,.. coaching is the most important thing of the whole process is in prison.
