- The aims of the legal writing entitled " Legal Protection For Justice and Equality of Gender bused by Husband to This Wife " are to know about factors in the household abused by husband to his wife, and to know whether legal protection for household abused already reflects justice and equality or not. This research used normative or dogmatic method. The research result indicate that the household abused by husband to his wife happened because of some factors such as the husband does not have enough money to fulfill the household needs, the husband his another women in his life, and the husband have a bad attitude like gambling. The legal protection for household abused does not rcflcct justice and equality because of civilization.
