- The title of this research is ""Implementation Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 68/M-DAG/PER/10/2012 About Franchise Store For Modern Business Type (Study Case Against Transitional Total Outlet / Shop PT.Indomarco Prismatama / Indomaret)", research was conducted against the backdrop of the publication of Ministerial Regulation trade Number 68/M-DAG/PER/10/2012 regarding transfer procedures outlet. Remove the existing outlet to prospective franchisees, then Indomaret required to release 231 outlets in the next 4 years with an average off 58 Outlets in 1 year. While the obstacles faced by the Indomaret namely; Difficulty in finding local investors who want to become franchisees and lack of public awareness about the benefits of entrepreneurship to the franchise system.
