  • This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership styles and giving incentives for employee performance and employee performance impact on employee turnover. Object of this study were employees of PT. Honda Semoga Jaya Samarinda. This research was conducted at PT. Honda Semoga Jaya Samarinda, all employees of a total of 90 people were sampled (census). The analysis technique used in this study is the partial regression analysis to test the hypothesis t test. Analyzed data derived from questionnaires to employees sampled in this study. The results showed that transformational leadership style and incentives have a significant impact on the performance of employees of PT. Honda Semoga Jaya while the performance of the employee does not have a significant impact on employee turnover. Based on the research, to improve employee performance must be evaluated, improved application of transformational leadership style and lack of attention to the potential of the employees.
