- Research on Non-Performing Loan Resolution With Fiducial Guarantee was to know and study way of resolution in non-performing loan with fiducial guarantee in Bank BRI Branch Katamso of Yogyakarta : and efforts of the bank on occurrence of fiducial law violence in this term of debtor who selling guarantee stuff to the other. It was empirical legal research, namely one that lied on primary data as main source and secondary data as supporting source. Result of the research were; (1) administration for non-performing loan was done by the way, they were; effort of resolving debt by their own self or BRI side, and resolving non-performing loan of BRI by DJPLN/PUPN; (2) effort that BRI Branch Katamso of Yogyakarta did toward selling object of fiducial guarantee by the client to the other party was done by peaceful agreement and resolution through Agency for Treasury Auction.
