- This research is to understand rating from passenger for condition urban public transport. The research carried out with the interview questionnaire for passengers of the regular bus and Trans Jogja as the urban transport on their service corridor. Results of the research showed that the Trans Jogja transport serviced better than the normal transport. This showed that the goal of the Trans Jogja operation to improve the public transport system achieved. For maintain this condition must be increase the maintenance condition of bus and continuous supervision
