This legal writing is a law empirical research. Conclution of this legal writing is task and function at land certificate issuer in Purworejo regency and it application of making trading land right certificate has shown the orderly of land administrasion, by checking certificate uniformity first to land right trading. To give services to society specially land matter, chief of land affair office as a cultivator that interrelated with task and function of land certificate issuer should increase the frequency training for land certificate issuer. Specially for temporary land certificate issuer about land law in order to create right arrangement and procedure of land registrasion. So it could increase land certificate issuer service to the society.
