- The Education for children is very important for their future life and also for the children who stay in institute socialization for children. Even though, they stay in the institution but they should have an education because that is their right, they have a right to take and receive their right. In this case, there are two problems, namely: how Kutoharjo’s institution carry out the education’s right for their children and how Kutoharjo’s institution confronts some constrains which they had. Education implementation in Kutoharjo’s institution has already held though there are some constrains that is constrained by the institution.
