- This legal writing is entitled “The Implementation of Land Ownership Rights of Waqf in Yogyakarta City with the enactment of Ministerial Regulation Agrarian and Spatial/National Land Agency Number 2 of 2017". This research goal is to find out is the implementation of Land Ownership Rights of Waqf in accordance with the regulation? The legal writing using the method of empirical legal research conducted directly to respondents, the owners called Wakif and Nazhir as Waqf Land manager, Religious Affairs Office Umbulharjo and Yogyakarta Land Office as sources. The research result showed that the implementation Land Ownership Rights of Waqf in Yogyakarta City has complied with Ministerial Regulation Agrarian and Spatial/National Land Agency Number 2 of 2017
