- The title of this research is Social Reintegration Of Victims Of Sexual Harassment Under Law Number 12 Of 2022 Concerning Crime Of Sexual Violence. There Are Differences That Are Regulated In The Handling Of Victims' Rights in the Sexual Violence Law with other criminal law instruments, namely the existence of social reintegration for victims. This has led to an increase in the obligation of law enforcement to provide rights in theform of social reintegration for victims of sexual violence, which had not previously been regulated in the Criminal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, or the PSK Law. The purpose of this study is to determine the concept of social reintegration of victims as referred to in the TPKS Law which can provide justice for victims. This article uses normative a method of writing that focuses on laws and regulations relating to criminal acts of sexual violence, protection of witnesses and victims, and social reintegration. The conclusion of this research is Social reintegration as the right of victims of criminal acts of sexual violence is regulated in Article 70 of the Act on the Crime of Sexual Violence. Social reintegration of victims of sexual violence aims to provide justice for victims who tend to be afraid to return to society.
