- Online transaction has been through some developing in this modern era, one of it development is a platform called e-commerce. Shopee is one of a famous ecommerce in Indonesia where a seller and a buyer can meet through online. One of the payment method in Shopee is called Cash On Delivery. It is undeniable even though many people use and like this application, there are still many criminal cases arises because of the transaction activity through the Shopee especially those users that use COD as the payment method. One of the cases is that buyer doesn’t want to pay for the things that they order through Shopee with COD. This research that titled “Tinjauan Yuridis Tercapainya Kesepakatan Sebagai Implementasi Asas Konsensualisme Dalam Perjanjian Jual Beli Online Dengan Sistem Pembayaran Cash On Delivery (COD) Pada Aplikasi Shopee” is meant to help knowing when the agreement between the parties as the implementation of consesualism happened because agreement is one out of four conditions that have to be fullfiled for an agreement to be valid in the online transaction especially with COD as the payment method. The research method that used for this problem is normative legal research method. The result of this research showed that agreement that use COD as the payment method happen when a buyer click the “check-out” button for the things that they want to buy on Shopee.
