- This research is entitled PT INKA (Persero) Waste Management as an Effort to Control Environmental Pollution in Madiun City. This study describes and examines (1) How is PT INKA (Persero) waste management as an effort to control pollution in Madiun City? and (2) Are there any problems in managing PT INKA (Persero) waste as an effort to control pollution in Madiun City? This research was conducted in Madiun City, is an empirical legal research. Data collection techniques were carried out directly from sources and respondents through interviews and literature studies. The results of this study are PT INKA (Persero) waste management is carried out properly and correctly, namely solid waste is managed by collecting it into one place that has been provided, liquid waste is managed by channeling it to the WWTP, air waste is managed by channeling it into a chimney. which uses an air filter, and B3 waste is managed by collecting it together into a garbage disposal area that has been provided in each room. The obstacles found in this study were the obedience of PT INKA (Persero) employees in sorting and disposing of waste according to the color of the landfill, and organic and inorganic waste which had been separated by PT INKA (Persero) and then sent to the Final Disposal Site (TPA). Madison City. However, when they arrived at the Final Disposal Site (TPA), the waste sent by PT INKA (Persero) was mixed together with other waste.
