  • A commercial estate was an estate organized for profit. A commercial tenement, an apartment made up of several rooms that were segregated and used for housing. Each owner of the apartment unit is entitled to Shared rights (common parts, common objects, and common land) and to an individual right called the property of the housing unit. Property rights on the estate of the estate were one of the land registrations. One of the purposes of land registration is to provide legal certainty and protection to the owner of a piece of land, the building of housing units, and other registered rights in order to easily prove himself a holder of the rights.
