- rime is often found not only through the adults, but also among children. Crime occurs because children do not understand things about morality, and also lack of parental education. The expressions usually shown by the children when they can’t hold back their emotions are by insulting or even hitting. These are categorized as acts of bullying. If their behavior harms other person, as mentioned in the case numbered 6/Pid.Sus-anak/2018/PN.TBN, then the act can be imposed with a criminal sentence. Judges need to strictly enforce the law, so that it can be used as a reference by the public not to do the same thing. Children need education about morals, in order to avoid deviations by children. The resolution of crimes by children is carried out with an emphasis on restorative justice, because the punishment using KUHAP is not suitable to be imposed on children, because of the lack of justice, violating the rights of the victims, and too much burden on the perpetrators This research uses normative legal research that involves the study of the law.
