  • This study aims to determine legal protection and legal settlement against dishonesty of networked minimarket business actors in including prices on payment receipts. This study uses the type of empirical research conducted in Sleman DIY, namely the Networked Minimarket Business Consumer Society. As for the data collection technique used is an interview technique that is question and answer based on questions that have been prepared and a questionnaire technique that is sending a list of questions to 25 consumers in every 3 minimarket businesses (Indomaret, Alfamart, and Cicle-K). The data processing technique was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. From the results of the study, there was a fraud committed by networked minimarket business actors in Sleman Regency. Regarding legal protection for consumers who experience losses, it has been regulated in the Consumer Protection Law, namely preventive legal protection and repressive legal protection as well as legal settlements regulated in the UUPK that can be done through litigation and non-litigation.
