- The title of this thesis is “Enf orcement of Medan Mayor Regulation Number 27 of 2020 Concerning the Implementation of Adaptation the New Habits to the Corona Virus 2019 Pandemic Conditions in Medan City Related to Activities in the Food and Beverage Business in SEJENAK KOPI.“ This thesis aims to provide information about the implementation of regulation for facing the Corona Virus in Medan. Due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, the government need to make a regulation for the people to adapt the new habit to prevent the spread of the Corona Virus in all kinds of activities in daily life. One of the important activities is in the food and beverage business. There are few obstacles to implement the regulation like the lack of public education about the Corona Virus but there is also a solution. The government must act actively and clearly to provide education to people.
