- This thesis examines the Implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) in the Context of Providing Free Land Certificates in Sleman Regency. The life of living things is always related to the soil, especially humans. For this reason, there is a need for legal certainty regarding the land owned. The government has implemented a Complete Systematic Land Registration program as a form of state concern for the community in order to obtain rights to the land they control. This legal writing uses Empirical Legal Research which focuses on the latest social facts, interviews were conducted directly with sources and respondents to obtain primary data and secondary data collection consisting of Primary Law and Secondary Law. From the data analysis using the inductive method, it can be concluded that so far the Complete Systematic Land Registration program has been in accordance with the land registration process. However, there are still obstacles, namely the Covid-19 pandemic and the change of village heads.
