- The research entitled " Environmental Restoration Responsibility by PT. Aqua Farm Nusantara Against the Pollution of Toba Lake Waters, the Excessive Production of Floating Net Cages (KJA)" aims to see and study the form of responsibility of PT. Aqua Farm Nusantara regarding the pollution of the waters of Lake Toba due to the excessive production of floating net cages (KJA) and to see and study why the pollution of Lake Toba was carried out by PT. Aqua Farm Nusantara and must be responsible for environmental restoration by PT. Aqua Farm Nusantara on the pollution of Lake Toba, which produces excessive floating net cages (KJA). This research is an empirical study with a rule-of-law approach and a sociology of law approach. The data source is primary data, which is data obtained directly from respondents as the main data and obtained by conducting direct interviews at the research location in the waters of Lake Toba and secondary data consisting of primary materials and secondary legal materials. The results of this study indicate that in the production process PT. Aqua Farm Nusantara produces up to 32,254.32 tonnes of fish in one rearing period, the amount of production is even more than three times the capacity limit of Lake Toba's water pollution load which is only able to accommodate a production of 10,000 tonnes per year.
