- The society system was developed in order to the accused realized his or her mistake, improve her or himself, and did not repeat criminal act so that he or she could be accepted again in society environment, could actively played role in development, and could live normally as good and responsible society. To perform the society system, also needed society participation and contribution both by holding co-operation and education as well as by welcome behavior society tough people who had completed his or her crime. In society system, a prisoner as a guidance subject should be behaved as human being. Therefore, prison officers should have high dedication, loyalty, morality, and integrity in developing prisoners. The main key success of prisoner’s guiding was that each officer should be model for prisoners and each prisoner should have an open mind attitude, ready to complaint from them, and were ready to guide prisoners in achieving guiding objectives namely to return prisoners to be good and useful people in society. So that prisoners officers should perform their assignments professionally in order that guidance and control towards prisoners could performed well. Besides, they were also given additional education, trainings and courses to develop their professionalism in guiding prisoners.
